All mediations are now by Zoom video conference. Zoom mediations allow participants to easily participate regardless of where they live and work.  No need to travel, pay for airplane tickets or hotels.  In a Zoom mediation we are able to put participants into breakout rooms when necessary.  For the foreseeable future, Zoom mediations are the way to resolve disputes.
